Building Guard Waterproof PU Coat also has excellent resistance to Corrosion with high bonding strength hence this can be used as a Anti corrosion coating on GI sheets.

Building Guard Waterproof coating is not a usual elastomeric coating unlike other elastomeric coating, Building Guard Waterproof coating made by using Pure Acrylic Resin and Modified Kaolin which ensure long lasting performance. It cures by natural air, sunlight and gives elastomeric waterproof membrane Building Guard Waterproof is elastomeric in nature and has good resistance to weather and sunlight. Building Guard Waterproof coating has excellent protection against UV rays and reduces the temperature

BUILDING GUARD SEAL COAT 3 is not a Traditional Epoxy coating system it is made with Hybrid Technology Hence this can be applied on any damp surface and its cures by natural air and Sunlight.

BUILDING GUARD SEAL COAT 3 also has excellent resistance to Corrosion with high bonding

strength hence this can be used as a base coat on any surface before applying solvent based coating like

 

Polyurethane and epoxy coatings.
